Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
This honey balsamic vinaigrette recipe is perfect for lettuce, field greens or any other salad greens that you might have in mind. Add a few berries and blue cheese and you’re all set for a delicious and healthy salad.

Due to the honey in this recipe, I do not recommend that you refrigerate this. But you can keep this on the counter for a week or two…that’s about how long it lasts me until it’s consumed. So if you love your salads as much as I do you won’t have to worry about it going bad if left out.
One thing I should mention is that it is very sweet! Thus if you prefer, you can always go less on the honey. Either way it’s delicious, depending on your taste buds.
Honey is a carb, so if you’re trying to lose weight that might be another reason for you to ease up on it.
But for me this is perfect especially since I love to add berries to my salad mix. I have to be honest, I love my greens, but strawberries and a few other berries are a bit more difficult for me. And this dressing helps me to enjoy the salad in a delicious way!
As for the cheese you can choose any other aged cheese that you like.
