Young Living Premium Starter Kit Roller Recipes

May 10, 2021 · Rhelena · Leave a Comment

Here are some of my favorite Young Living Premium Starter Kit roller recipes. These recipes are made with the oils that are available in the Canadian kits, but you can still get these oils even if you are in other parts of the world.

There are two kits available in Canada, and both carry the same oils, but with different diffusers. Here is a more detailed overview of what the kits contain.

In addition to the essential oils listed, you will also need a carrier oil and an empty 10ml roller bottle. You can also use an empty 15ml essential oil bottle with an AromaGlide Roller Fitment.

Then to make the roller ball, add your essential oils to your bottle and top with your favorite carrier oil. Give it a good shake.

Safety Tips

Essential oils are not intended for internal use, as they are highly concentrated. If you’d like to purchase oils that you can take internally and use as food flavorings, look for the Vitality line in the U.S. or the + line in Canada. For example, a peppermint flavoring would be labeled as either Peppermint Vitality, or Peppermint +.

Always dilute your oils with a carrier oil before applying to your skin, as some oils may be irritating to the skin. My favorite is fractionated coconut oil. Almond and olive oil work well too! Young Living also carries a carrier oil called the “V-6 Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex”.

If you are new to oils, start with a small amount to see how your body reacts and work your way up to stronger doses if you like.

Do not apply oils around mucous membranes, eyes, ears and other sensitive areas.

Always check your labels. Different oils have different effects, so always check the labels before using. Some oils, such as citrus, are photosensitive and can cause skin irritation if you apply them before going out into the sun.
