Peppermint Essential Oil Mouthwash
This peppermint essential oil mouthwash is made with all natural ingredients to clean and refresh your mouth throughout the day as needed. It tastes great, and the freshness last for hours!
It looks a bit murky, but it’s just the baking soda and sea salt.
Not only is this all natural, but you can add vitamin and mineral drops to help strengthen your teeth.
With that said, even though it’s homemade with natural ingredients, this mouthwash is not intended for swallowing. Also, it may not be for everyone as some people may experience sensitivities to essential oils. Start with a small amount if you’re not sure.
I’ve added some mineral drops to this mouthwash. It seems kind of senseless since it’s all going to go down the sink after use. However, your mouth is absorbent and if you do a thorough rinse some of the goodies may get absorbed. And who knows, some of them might even stay behind to continue to contribute to an alkaline environment in your mouth, long after the rinse.
