Information on Young Living

Founded by D. Gary Young, Young Living is one of the leading companies around the world in producing therapeutic and even food grade essential oils. Gary Young spent years researching distillation methods and became an expert at producing the highest quality of oils.

Young Living not only carries essential oils and diffusers, but also a variety of products from health food to supplements and personal care and cleaning products. These products are an excellent alternative to many products on the conventional market because Young Living is dedicated to bringing you pure products that are free from harsh chemicals.

For example, they carry an entire line of Thieves products that you can use to clean your entire home including an all-purpose household cleaner, laundry detergent, dish detergent, a fruit and vegetable soak, hand soap and toothpaste. All of them contain natural ingredients and are infused with essential oils.

Other products include baby products, cosmetics, bath and body care, hair care, facial care, oral care, and wellness supplements. They even carry a special line of products just for your pets.

Young Living is an MLM Company – You Have 3 Options for Signing Up

Option 1 – Sign Up as a Retail Customer.

As a retail customer, you shop when you want and are not required to make monthly purchases. You pay a higher price on all products, however, it’s a good way to test the products to see whether or not they are for you.

Then, if you like the products and find yourself making monthly purchases , then you have the option to go on the Essential Rewards (ER) program to help you save.

At the same time, you can save a lot of money simply by purchasing a starter kit.

Option 2 – Essential Rewards (ER)

On the ER program you are required to make monthly purchases with a Personal Volume (PV) of at least 50. But the good news is that you are able to buy your products at a discount. Plus, you get discounted shipping, and ER points that you can spend as money at Young Living.

Option 3 – Become a Distributor

To become a distributor you are required to be on the ER program. You can get started with a monthly PV of only 50. At this level you can collect signup bonuses when others sign up below you, but any other earnings that you might accrue will go to your upline. To be eligible to receive a paycheck on all your earnings you need to have your monthly PV at 100.

At 100 PV you also get your monthly discounts and free stuff. The more you spend, the more you get.

Again, you can cancel this at any time by calling the number in your virtual office account.

How do I know if this business is right for me?

The best way to find out is to try a few products. If you like them and can see yourself making regular purchases, then Young Living might be for you.

I had been using store-bought oils for years and was eager to try a better grade. So when I saw the premium starter kit with all the oils, the diffuser and a few other goodies for just under $200CAD, I went with that.

I loved my kit and immediately knew that I would be a regular customer.

At this point I still had no interest in the business part, but when I saw a bootcamp on it in one of the facebook groups that I had been invited to I decided to join in and see what it was all about.

When I learned that you could run this business 100% online, I was all in. If it hadn’t been for the option to do this online, I wouldn’t be here writing this. But, I would still be a happy customer making monthly purchases.

So if you like these products, there are many ways that you can get started on the business side of things. And the key is to find an area where you are comfortable sharing and then slowly graduate from that and move on to other ways to share.

You can start with your friends and family in your living room. Then move on to the friends of your friends and share with them. Your coworkers and their friends.

Or, if you’re an online person like me, you can do this on your website and social media platforms.

With Young Living you can run your business entirely offline, entirely on social media sites, on your blog, and even on a MyYL website. The MyYL website costs about $10CAD each month, and you need to have at least 100 PV each month to qualify. Once you have your store set up, you can then use your blog or social media accounts to promote your store products.

Pick one, or pick all of the above methods to help you grow your downline.

Young Living requires us to show the chart below whenever we speak about the potential income. The chart below is an honest report. The amount you can earn depends on the amount of work you are willing to put in each month. It depends on your willingness to step out of your comfort zone and to learn and grow personally as you build your team.
