Ningxia Red, Blueberry and Yogurt Popsicles

These Ningxia red and blueberry yogurt popsicles are not only delicious, but nutritious and filling as well! The ningxia red is a healthy and delicious berry concentrate that makes this popsicle taste so delicious. Combine that with the yogurt, which is naturally filling, and you have yourself a healthy treat to enjoy any time of day!

But the real bonus is that kids of all ages will enjoy this ningxia red popsicle! It makes life so much easier when you have a go-to recipe that you know they will love every single time. And you can feel good about it, knowing that it will help to keep them balanced.

Ningxia Red, Blueberry and Yogurt Popsicles

To make this popsicle, all you need is a blender and popsicle molds. These can be found at the dollar store or at your local department stores.

Although this makes for a delicious popsicle, you can also enjoy this as a smoothie! Simply blend and enjoy!

The Ingredients

Blueberries. Use fresh whenever possible. You might be able to use frozen, but the taste won’t be the same unless you have a super awesome brand that you love.

Yogurt. Use plain Greek yogurt because it’s not loaded with a bunch of unhealthy sugars and other ingredients.

Ningxia Red. This is the key ingredient, which makes these popsicles taste as delicious as they do! Ningxia red is a berry concentrate made by Young Living. Honey. Honey is natural and tastes great in this recipe. But feel free to use your favorite sweeteners.

Vanilla. I used an artificial extract, but any vanilla flavoring will work, including the real vanilla bean.

Tips:

  • This will keep well in the freezer for at least a month, if not longer.
  • To remove the popsicle from the mold, simply run it under hot water.

Ningxia Red, Blueberry and Yogurt Popsicles

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle Molds
  • Measuring Cup and Spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup ningxia red
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for a minimum of 3-4 hours until frozen.
  • To remove popsicles, simply hold the mold under hot running water.
