Baby Girl Picot Dress in Progress

Here is another pattern that I started ages ago. I made a copy for my niece’s daughter, but the top part didn’t fit right and was hard to get on. As a result, I made some changes in the pattern to make the shoulder straps detachable so the dress would be easier to slip over the head.

My only problem now is to test the pattern and see whether the new version will work better. It is on my to-do list, however, and hopefully I will get around to it before this winter is over. That way it will be ready for the spring.
