Scrambled Eggs With Peppers and Mushrooms

- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup cremini mushrooms, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
On medium heat, melt butter in a small frying pan. Saute mushrooms, peppers and onions until they begin to change color, about 3 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the cream, salt and pepper, and whisk again.
Pour into the frying pan over the veggies. Keep stirring the eggs until done.
