Sautéed Mushrooms Recipe
This sautéed mushrooms recipe is quick and easy to make, and is the perfect match for your favorite bowl of rice!

- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Melt butter in a medium frying pan. Saute mushrooms, onions and garlic on medium until done, about 8 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients and add to the frying pan.
Saute for another few minutes until the sauce thickens.
