Ham and Broccoli Stir Fry
This ham and pineapple stir fry recipe is the perfect addition to any bowl of rice. It's healthy and nutritious and kids love it!
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 green onions, diced
- 2 cups smoked or cooked ham, cubed
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups pineapple, diced
Sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
In a medium sized frying pan, melt butter and add the green onion and saute for about 3-5 minutes.
Add in the red pepper, broccoli, ham, salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-10 minutes until broccoli is done.
In a small bowl combine the pineapple juice, honey and cornstarch. Add mixture to the frying pan along with the pineapple.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Serve with rice.
