Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms

These scrambled eggs with mushrooms are a quick and easy way to get a healthy breakfast into you and your family every morning!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • On medium heat, melt butter in a small frying pan. Saute mushrooms and onions until they begin to change color, about 3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the cream, salt and pepper, and whisk again.
  • Pour into the frying pan over the veggies. Keep stirring the eggs until done.
