Epsom Salt Bath Soak with Essential Oils for Relaxing Bath

Here are a few recipes for your evening bath to help you relax for a peaceful sleep at night.

Ingredients

The Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup Epsom Salt
  • 1 tbsp. carrier oil, such as almond oil or coconut oil.

My Favorite!

  • 10 drops cedarwood
  • 10 drops clary sage

Just Relax

  • 10 drops Frankincense
  • 10 drops Lavender

Deep Relaxation

  • 10 drops ylang ylang
  • 5 drops vetiver
  • 5 drops Frankincense

De-Stress

  • 15 drops clary sage
  • 5 drops patchouli

Be Calm

  • 15 drops cedarwood
  • 5 drops patchouli

Beat the Cold

  • 15 drops bergamot
  • 5 drops angelica

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup epsom salt, your carrier oil, along with the essential oils to a glass jar and mix well.
  • Use about 1/4 cup per bath.
