Easy Guacamole Recipe
This easy guacamole recipe is perfect for your corn chips, veggies, wraps and sandwiches! The recipe includes two versions: one for kids and a spicy one for adults.
- 6 medium avocados
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1-2 cloves garlic, (Use only one for kids.)
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- Zest from 1 lime.
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Optional: 1 Jalapeno pepper (omit if making for kids)
Cut avocados in half around the pit. Remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Roughly chop the produce and process in a food processor until smooth and well combined.
Transfer to a medium sized bowl.
Add lime juice and sea salt to taste.
Serve with corn chips or veggies. Can also use as a spread in wraps and on sandwiches.
