At the beginning of this year I participated in a blogging challenge brought to you by Sara Duggan from Crochet Business Blog. What can I say except that I learned a lot, but failed miserably. I kept telling myself that I would go back and finish the challenge, but I never got around to it as I was busy fixing mistakes and trying to get my health in order.
Well now that my mistakes are almost fixed and my health has improved I’m going to (hopefully) start blogging here on a regular basis. It’s amazing how much easier life gets when you feel good!!
I had a major breakthrough in late winter-early spring. Then another a few weeks ago. Both of have finally given me the upper hand and now my health is improving at a rapid pace. Honest to God, I have never, ever in my life felt this good! I feel like for the first time in my life I can think.
But who knows, I probably still have a long ways to go because I don’t know what normal feels like. I’ve had my disease my whole life and sometimes wonder if I was born with it or not.
If you would have told me 2 months ago that it was possible to write a blog post in 10-20 minutes I would not have believed you…not even if it’s something that you know about.
But today, I can do it!
Anyhow, back to topic. Sara published the second edition of Hooking for Cash – 10 Ways to Make Money with Your Crochet Blog. I got myself a copy, and what do you know, it came with a 30-day e-course to help you get your blog off the ground. So that is what I’ll be challenging myself to know. Everyday I get an email letting me know of the lesson for that day.
Needless to say, a lot of the things mentioned in the course so far have already been done, but there are a few areas that I made improvements, thanks to the prompts.
So hopefully I’ll be able to follow through on this challenge. I’m already falling way behind, but I’m not deleting any emails so I can come back to them as time allows.
Wish me luck!
